121.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.

(a) Time. Council shall hold regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 8:00 p.m., unless otherwise ordered by Council. However, when the day fixed for any regular meeting of Council falls upon a day designated by law as a legal holiday, such meeting shall be held at a time designated by Council.

(b) Place. All regular meetings of Council shall be held in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
