The Director of Public Safety is authorized to establish a fee schedule to be charged to
persons for the following services and functions provided by the Division of Police:
(a) Fingerprinting requested by an individual;
(b) Authorization of release of a vehicle impounded by the Division of Police;
(c) The use of marked Division of Police emergency vehicles by off duty Richmond Heights Police Officers or Auxiliary Officers while performing traffic control functions in the City for private companies and/or contractors.
