Consistent with the City Charter, and not in contravention thereof, Council hereby authorizes the “Inventory/Fixed Asset Policy” and the “Fixed Asset and Inventory Procedures and Guidelines” documents in substantially similar form as attached to Resolution 74-2007 and incorporated herein as Exhibits A and B respectively, as prepared by the Director of Finance, which Policy, Procedures and Guidelines shall be effective retroactively to January 1, 2007, and are to be fully implemented by December 31, 2009.
