Any person receiving a Notice of Violation may appeal the determination of the City to the Zoning Board of Appeals. The notice of appeal must be received by the Zoning Board of Appeals within fifteen (15) days from the date the Notice of Violation is served upon the responsible party by certified mail, hand-delivery, or other method of service specified by las for a civil court summons in Ohio. The Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a hearing on the appeal as provided in Chapter 1185. The decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be final.
