1515.04 ACCESS TO STRUCTURES AND OCCUPANCIES.

(a) Access for fire department apparatus shall be provided to all structures. The maximum distance from the structure allowed for Fire Department access shall be no more than fifty feet.

(b) At least two separate means of access shall be provided for all buildings over thirty feet or three stories in height.

(c) The means of access shall be maintained in a usable manner at times, including the removal of snow during the winter months.

(d) Parking shall not be permitted within twenty feet of any means of access to a fire lane.
