(a) Fire lanes shall be continually maintained free of all obstructions.
(b) No person or entity shall obstruct a fire lane by parking, stopping, or leave standing a motor vehicle, whether such vehicle is attended or not. Any vehicle shall be moved immediately upon request by any member of the Department of Public Safety.
(c) No person or entity shall obstruct a fire lane with a fence or other barricade.
(d) Landscaping or other obstructions shall not be placed around structures in a manner as to impair or impede accessibility for firefighting and/or rescue operations.
