(a) A fire signaling system shall be installed and maintained in all occupancies in Use Group A-1, as classified by the Ohio Basic Building Code. Manual fire alarm boxes shall be located at each exit from an individual theater and each exit way. Additional manual fire alarm boxes shall be provided in common areas, so that no point shall be farther than 200 feet from a manual fire alarm box.
(b) A fire signaling system shall be installed and maintained in all covered malls, as classified by the Ohio Basic Building Code. Manual fire alarm boxes shall be located on both sides of each exit way. Additional manual fire alarm boxes shall be provided in common areas, so that no point shall be farther than 200 feet from a manual fire alarm box (measurements do not have to include tenant spaces).
(c) A fire signaling system shall be installed and maintained in all anchor stores to a covered mall, as classified by the Ohio Basic Building Code. Manual fire alarm boxes shall be located on both sides of each exit way. Additional manual fire alarm boxes shall be provided, so that no point shall be farther than 200 feet from a manual fire alarm box.
