1513.07 ALARM SUPERVISORY NOTIFICATION.

(a) All fire protective equipment contractors shall notify all alarm monitoring stations prior to working on or conducting any system test or repair.

(b) Any contractor failing to comply with this section shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(c) Any contractor failing to comply with this section, and causing the Fire Division to respond on a fire alarm condition shall be fined five hundred dollars ($500.00).
