(a) Whenever a fire suppression system must be taken out of service for more than four hours in a twenty-four hour period, the building or fire area shall be evacuated until the suppression system is restored to service.
(b) Whenever the conditions or hazard do not warrant a total evacuation, the Bureau shall determine the best course of action to ensure the safety of the occupants.
