Because the manufacturer of fire suppression systems known as "Safety First" is no longer in business, and parts for the proper maintenance of the system are no longer available, all owners or operators of a "Safety First" dry chemical fire suppression system shall have a time period of one year from the effective date of this section to replace the suppression system with an Underwriter's Laboratories approved suppression system.
