All means of egress shall be indicated with an approved exit sign. All exit signs shall be visible and illuminated whenever the structure is occupied. All exit signs must be capable of providing a minimum of ninety minutes of operation during a power failure. Whosoever violates this section shall be fined two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
