1509.15 EMERGENCY ILLUMINATION OF MEANS OF EGRESS.

All means of egress shall be provided with emergency lighting for a power failure. All emergency lighting shall have the capacity to provide a minimum illumination of ninety minutes. Whosoever violates this section shall be fined two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
