1509.09 AREAS UNDER REPAIR.

Structures shall not be occupied during repairs or alterations unless all means of egress serving the area under repair are continuously maintained or other approved measures are taken to provide equivalent safety. Whosoever violates this section shall be fined one thousand dollars ($1000.00).
