1509.08 EGRESS ALTERATION REQUIREMENTS.

A structure shall not be occupied or altered in any manner that will reduce the number of means of egress or the capacity of the means of egress below that which is required for the structure according to the building Code. Whosoever violates this section shall be fined one thousand dollars ($1000.00).
