1509.07 EXTERIOR EGRESS.

All exit discharge, exterior stairways, and fire escapes shall be kept clear of snow and ice. Any fire escape or exterior stairway found to be in a state of deterioration or determined to be unsafe by the Code official shall be repaired immediately. Whosoever violates this section shall be fined one thousand dollars ($1000.00).
