1507.02 VEHICLE STORAGE.
   (a)    No person or entity shall park any fuel powered vehicle in any room, or on any landing or patio of any multi-family dwelling, or within twenty feet of any multi-family dwelling, or any commercial building or structure regulated by the Ohio Basic Building Code, unless parked in an approved and designated parking space or in a building approved and designated for the parking or repair of motor vehicles.
   (b)    In all buildings, other than one-family, two-family and three-family houses and garages accessory thereto, where space is provided for the storage of motor vehicles, the
following protective measures shall be followed:
      (1)   The lawful capacity of each storage space shall be the number of vehicles which can be stored therein without blocking any aisle or exit. Storage of vehicles shall be so arranged and limited that each vehicle shall have free access from its parking space without necessitating the moving of any other vehicle
      (2)   A sign indicating the capacity, as determined above, shall be conspicuously posted near each entrance and exit of each storage space, in letters and figures not less than four inches, with a proportional stroke width.
      (3)   No person or entity owning or being in charge or control of the storage space shall store or park or cause or knowingly permit to be stored or parked in the storage space, at any time, a number of vehicles exceeding the capacity of the storage space determined as hereinbefore provided.
      (4)   No automotive repairs of any kind shall be made in any basement or subbasement garage, or in any garage connected to an occupied commercial or multi-family building or portion thereof.
