1507.01 UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS.

(a) All underground storage tanks shall conform to all requirements set forth by the State of Ohio, including but not limited to the Ohio Fire Code and the Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations.

(b) The Bureau may require that any or all flammable liquid storage tanks and piping be inspected by the State of Ohio, Department of Commerce, Division of State Fire Marshal, Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations. All tests ordered will be performed at the expense of the owner/operator.

(d) The Fire Division shall be notified immediately of any spillage or leakage of a flammable liquid more than five gallons in quantity.
