(a) No person or entity shall kindle or maintain a fire for the preparation of food or any other purpose in any type of outdoor or portable grill in any dwelling or upon any balcony or common walkway of a multi-family dwelling, or within 15 feet of any multi-family dwelling.
(b) No person or entity shall store liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) grills and/or cylinders, any other type of compressed fuel cylinder, or any other type of grill fire starting liquids in any dwelling unit or upon any balcony or common walkway of a multi-family dwelling, or within 15 feet of any multi-family dwelling.
