1501.11 CONFLICT WITH OTHER CODES.

(a) When a conflict arises between the Ohio Basic Building Code and the Ohio Fire Code, the Code providing a higher degree of safety shall prevail.

(b) In all other cases of conflict between the Ohio Fire Code and any other Municipal ordinance or technical Code adopted thereby, the provision providing a higher degree of safety shall prevail.
