(a) When an Order to Repair has been issued, the Fire Safety Inspector shall reinspect the property at the time interval specified on the Order. If the Inspector finds the conditions have not been corrected, a reinspection fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be charged for each reinspection.
(b) A Fire Safety Inspector may waive, at their sole discretion, the reinspection fee if a good faith effort has been shown in correcting the conditions.
