1501.07 APPLICATION OF THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE.

(a) The Fire Prevention Code as adopted herein applies to the use of all lands and properties within the City.

(b) All occupancies shall be brought up to the current fire safety requirements of the Fire Prevention Code upon change of use or occupancy, upon change in ownership of the business, or before a new Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
