1347.04 LOCATION OF SATELLITE DISH "EARTH STATION".

(a) No “earth station” shall be erected in any front or side yard or within twenty feet of any lot line.

(b) No "earth station" shall be erected on the roof top of any residential building.

(c) No "earth station" shall be linked to receivers which are not located on the same lot or premises as the "earth station" in any R-1, R-2 and R-3 zoning districts.
