1335.13 REVOCATION HEARING, ENFORCEMENT AND APPEAL.
   (a)    No contractor registration shall be revoked without notice and public hearing before the Architectural Review Board. The licensee may appear with or without counsel. The Architectural Review Board may revoke only for good cause upon a preponderance of the evidence.
   (b)    Whenever a contractor registration is revoked, the Building Commissioner shall enforce the revocation by notification by certified mail to the licensee who shall surrender the license to the Building Commissioner immediately. Any person whose license his been revoked may not reapply for a contractor registration until three years after the date of revocation.
