1317.02 DEPOSIT REQUIRED.

   Any person, when applying for a permit to erect or construct any residence or other building described in Section 1317.01 , shall deposit with the Building Inspector, the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) as a bond for the faithful compliance with the provisions of Section 1317.01 , and upon compliance therewith, at any time within one year from the date of such deposit, shall receive a refund of ninety-five dollars ($95.00) of the amount so deposited; or, any person when applying for permits to erect or construct ten or more residences or other buildings as described in Section 1317.01 , shall pay a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each building for which a permit is requested and shall file a satisfactory surety bond of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each building permit requested with the Building Inspector.
