1313.03 SIMILAR FENCES.

The Architectural Review Board or the Planning Commission may approve other fences which are similar in character and design to one or more of the above permitted fences. If such other fences are not approved by the Architectural Review Board, the Building Commissioner shall deny the fence permit application and advise the applicant of the procedure for an appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
