1305.01 CERTIFICATE REQUIRED BEFORE OCCUPANCY.

Any house or other structure now being constructed or hereafter constructed or remodeled within the limits of this City shall not be occupied or used as a place of human habitation until a certificate of occupancy is obtained from the Building Inspector and the fee therefor is paid.
