1165.08 PERMIT REVOCATION.

In addition to any other penalties prescribed in this chapter, the Fire Prevention Bureau may immediately revoke any permit issued hereunder and stop the operation of any self-service island or filling station for failure to comply with any provision of this chapter or any rules and regulations promulgated hereunder.
