All dwelling units shall have at least one living room and one bedroom, except that ten percent of the dwelling units in a multiple-family building may be of an efficiency type. The minimum floor area requirements shall be as follows:
Efficiency unit - 600 square feet One bedroom unit - 800 square feet Two bedroom unit - 1,000 square feet Three bedroom unit - 1,200 square feet. |
In addition to the floor area requirements set forth above, at least eighty square feet of general storage space, exclusive of household closets, shall be provided for each dwelling unit.
