1144.06 SIGNS AND LIGHTING.

(a) All provisions of Chapter 1179 , Signs, which apply to multiple-family developments shall apply to development in the RS District.

(b) All exterior site lighting shall be designed to eliminate glare and spillover lighting onto adjacent properties.
