1105.07 NONACCEPTANCE FOR PUBLIC USE AND MAINTENANCE.

Such approval of a plat referred to in Section 1105.06 shall not be construed as an acceptance or an establishment by the public of the dedication of any street, highway, way or open space shown upon the plat for public use.
