1103.04 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:

   (a)    "City" means the City of Richmond Heights, Ohio.

   (b)    "Engineer" means the Engineer of Richmond Heights.

   (c)    "Inspector" means an Inspector appointed by the City.

   (d)    "Owner" means any person, firm or corporation as outlined in Section 1103.03 .
