959.02 ORGANIZATIONS ELIGIBLE TO USE FACILITIES.
   The following sanctioned organizations serving the City of Richmond Heights are specifically eligible to reserve Park facilities or a portion thereof for an engagement by a group of thirty (30) or more persons:
   (a)   City Recreation Board Programs.
   (b)   Youth Groups:
      Richmond Heights:   Little League
               Key Club
               Amateur Sports
Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Indian Guides, Girl Scouts, Brownies, Campfire Girls, Bluebirds and Midget Football League, Richmond Heights School.
   (c)   Church Groups Serving Richmond Heights:
      Armenian Apostolic
      Bethel Full Gospel
      Church of the Nazarene
      Faith United Church of Christ
      Jehovah’s Witnesses
      Monticello Gospel Hall
      Suburban Christian
      St. Felicitas
      St. Paschal
      Cleveland Christian Assembly Church
      Chinese Church of Cleveland
      Paul J. Hallinan Assembly of the Knights of Columbus, 4th Degree.
All religious organizations and groups associated with or connected with these churches.
   (d)   School Auxiliary Organizations.
All Richmond Heights school system auxiliary organizations, including the P.T.A.
   (e)   Civic Organizations.
Adult members or counselors of the youth groups listed in subsection (b) hereof
      Amateur Sports
      American Legion Post 775
      Auxiliary Police
      Boosters Club
      The Richmond Heights Civic League
      Civil Air Patrol
      Democratic Club
      Firemen’s Association
      Garden Club
      Hillcrest Optimist Club
      Hospital Volunteers
      HRCC
      Kiwanis Club
      Organized Street Block Parties
      Red Cross, including Block Parties
      Republican Club
      Richmond Heights Senior Citizens Club
      Rotary Club
      Welcome Wagon
      Richmond Heights Alumni Class Reunions
      Lions Club of South Euclid
      Hillcrest League of Women Voters
   (f)   Departments of the City of Richmond Heights.
   (g)   Any individual resident of the City who will be present at the Park, with a group of thirty (30) or more persons shall also be eligible, subject to the approval of the Administrative Authority and subject to the conditions hereinafter provided in this chapter. A resident is one who lives in the City six months or longer, and is twenty-one years of age or older. For purposes of this chapter only, any business entity located in the City with a group of thirty (30) or more persons shall also be eligible to use and reserve Park facilities for social, recreational or educational engagements.
