There is hereby adopted by the City the confidential operator information procedures contained in 47 CFR Section 0.459 and as hereafter amended for purposes of audits authorized by any present or future cable franchise authorized by the City and basic rate regulation by the City. The City shall be substituted for the Commission therein. The Mayor shall be substituted for the Bureau or Office Chief therein. The Law Director shall be substituted for the General Counsel therein.
