There is hereby adopted for enforcement by the City the Federal Communications Commission Rate Regulation Rules as amended on August 27, 1993, and the Customer Service Rules as amended on April 7, 1993, pursuant to the Communications Act, or the most current amendments thereof, including all additions, deletions, and amendments made subsequent hereto. Any interested party may comment on these rules and procedures at any public hearing or meeting called to supplement or amend said rules for customer service and basic rate regulation.
