933.03 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.

After receipt of the approval letter from the Board of Health, the Department of Buildings may issue a building permit and a permit for the installation of a septic tank and filtration bed, providing the same does not violate any provision of this chapter or of any other ordinance of the City.
