933.02 APPROVAL OF PLANS.

No building permit shall be issued until the plans, specifications and plot plan have been submitted to the Board of Health and written approval thereof has been received from the Board by the Department of Buildings. Fees required by the Board of Health shall be paid before any action is taken on referring the matter.
