Any owner, agent, lessee or tenant of any dwelling in the City who, after written notification by the Building Commissioner of maintaining an illegible or unreadable house number sign, fails to correct the condition in accordance with the requirements of this chapter and within ten days of such notification is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
