903.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

No person shall construct or repair a sidewalk or a driveway across a sidewalk without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Building Inspector. A separate permit shall be obtained for each property involved and all permits shall be valid only for the year in which issued. The fee for the permit shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
