761.03 SECURITY DEPOSIT HELD IN TRUST.

Any money which is deposited or advanced by the tenant as a security deposit continues to be the money of the tenant until applied to payment of accrued rent or repairs, and shall be held in trust by the landlord and shall not be mingled with the landlord's personal moneys.
