749.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates Section 749.13 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

(b) The FHRB may not initiate any criminal proceeding arising under this chapter. However, nothing in this section shall prevent such Board from referring a possible criminal violation to the appropriate authorities.
