No employee's license shall be issued under the provisions of subsection (b) of Section 741.05 to any employee of any solicitor or peddler exempted from the payment of a license fee by the provisions of Section 741.15. Every employee of such solicitor or peddler shall obtain a license and pay the fee required by subsection (a) of Section 741.05.
