A person licensed hereunder shall not receive on deposit or purchase personal property, bonds, notes, securities or articles, property or things before the hour of 7:00 a.m. nor after the hour of 8:00 p.m. during the time and months that Eastern Standard Time is in effect, and from 6:00 a.m. nor after the hour of 9:00 p.m. during the time and months that Daylight Savings Time is in effect.
