713.05 TRAFFIC SUPERVISION DURING SALE REQUIRED.

The applicant for the license required in Section 713.02 shall furnish to the Mayor evidence that an arrangement has been made for adequate traffic supervision to prevent traffic congestion at the time and place of the sale.
