Whoever violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or resists or opposes the enforcement of, any of the provisions of this chapter, except when otherwise specifically provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which such person continues or permits any such violation, or fails to comply with the notification of such violation.
