The license required in Section 703.02 may be revoked by the Mayor at any time during the life of such license for any violation by the licensee of any of the provisions of these Codified Ordinances relating to such license, the subject matter of the license or any false information given upon the application for the license. Such revocation of the license may be in addition to any fine imposed for such violation and Section 741.19 of these Codified Ordinances shall specifically apply in this instance.
