The license required in Section 703.02 shall not be issued for conducting an amusement or exhibition until the applicant therefor has placed on file with the Finance Director a certificate of insurance indicating that there is in effect public liability insurance covering any damages that may result from the use and operation of any and all devices and facilities in connection with such exhibition. Such insurance shall include the City as named insured and shall be in the minimum amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) for each person and five million dollars ($5,000,000) for each accident. Such requirement shall not apply to exhibitions of inanimate objects for sale.
