As used in this chapter, "exhibition" means and includes circuses, menageries, sideshows, animal shows, amusement shows, arts and crafts displays, antique shows and displays, and other similar amusement enterprises or enterprises directed toward the sale of such materials, including arts and crafts materials and antiques, which are open to the public, whether or not an admission fee is charged.
