§ 110.21  RIGHT OF ENTRY OF SHERIFF DEPARTMENT.
   The Sheriff of the county or any of his or her Deputies may enter any public dance hall operated pursuant to a permit issued under the provisions of this subchapter at any or all hours to ensure that peace and quiet of the county is preserved and that the conditions and restrictions imposed as a result of this subchapter are observed.
