(A) Upon violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter, the violation of any of the provisions of VA Code Title 4.1, and of the rules and regulations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, or the violation of VA Code § 18.2-258 by the owner, operator, or manager of a public dance hall, the Board of Supervisors shall, in addition to any other remedies allowed by law, revoke the permit for the operation of a public dance hall upon not less than five-days’ notice in writing to the holder of the permit.
(B) Such notice shall be sent by registered letter to the address given by the holder of the permit when applying for such permit or shall be served to the holder of the permit by the Sheriff of the county or his or her Deputy.
