§ 110.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ORGANIZER.  Any person who stages, organizes, promotes, conducts, or assists with the staging, organization, promotion, or conducting of an outdoor music festival, concert, or event.
   OUTDOOR MUSIC FESTIVAL, CONCERT, OR EVENT.  Any gathering in excess of 250 people involving music or amplified sound not within an enclosed building or structure.
